Zed Said is a small independent publishing company. We work in collaboration with artists, writers, and designers to produce imaginative (some say quirky!) illustrated books. Mostly the artists in our list are doing a book for the first time and as we don't see people as pencils for hire, all our work is a bit of a team effort. Our books have lots of pictures. We think reading and writing are important, but we don't let too many words get in the way of a good story.
